Mixed Media Botanicals - Vol. 2

(Don't let the name fool you . . . many students choose a subject other than flowers, and you can too!)
This time, you'll make a two layer stencil to add some special accents to your subject. Working on an 8" x 8" cradled board will give you an extra dimension to consider while applying your mixed media skills. The finished piece will not require framing, and can stand on a shelf as well as hang on the wall!
All materials provided . . . no experience necessary. We'll be using some sharp cutting tools, so artists under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. You are welcome to bring photos or other two dimensional memorabilia to include in your backgrounds.
(You're welcome to bring snacks or the beverages of your choice, just keep those sharp cutting tools in mind!)
