It’s said that doing something for 30 days in a row allows you to create a new habit. ArtLab wants to help you build your new habit around being creative!
The idea is simple . . . do one tiny thing each day. Record it. Share it (or not). Either way, celebrate it!
In addition to being just plain fun, creativity has been shown (yay, science!) to help improve our mental and physical health. Treat yourself to a little self care, and find a 365 project that is right for you!
