ArtLab is a place to discover, experiment and create. We offer classes and events related to all types of art. From visual arts to fiber arts, or ballroom dance to creative writing, we seek to bring you a wide variety of artistic expression!

What are you interested in learning—even if you were once told you were not an artist?

That’s exactly how and why ArtLab originated: Founder and photographer Cindi Spillman encouraging her mother to paint—to override the voice of an elementary school teacher who told her she wasn’t “good at art.” Cindi demonstrated with a sunflower in watercolor; Mom answered with a trio of chickens. They went on to collaborate on the colorful large painting in ArtLab's living room!
